PrideStaff, an award-winning staffing company, is looking for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will build value-added relationships with prospects within the South Atlanta area and develop new client accounts to increase revenue. This will include prospecting, contacting prospects, setting appointments, negotiating agreements, and securing new business accounts. You will be accountable for meeting activity KPIs that will increase the office's client count and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize technology and market tools to develop an effective prospect pipeline
  • Contact prospects via phone, LinkedIn, email, and in-person visits according to the assigned metrics to qualify leads
  • Generate and confirm appointments through prospect outreach, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business
  • Sustain a pipeline of suitable targets and move prospects through the sales process with sustained and strategic activity
  • Proven ability to handle objections, build rapport, and manage expectations to gain new business
  • Record and document detailed notes on client interactions in a CRM system
  • Meet activity KPIs for inside and outside calls as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
  • Achieve/exceed activity KPIs
  • Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions
  • Solid problem-solving and consultative skills required
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking for client follow-up, relationship management, and sales closing
  • Staffing experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Experience with G Suite and CRM software
